Returns
Either phone or email to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like us to arrange for our Courier to collect or you will be arranging your own return. A return authorization (RA) number will be given to you then. Please make sure you enclose full details within the parcel so that we know who the parcel is coming from and why it is being returned. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of priority. Goods returned for any other reason must also be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and the reason for return. Orders returned without an RA number will be refused. All orders returned will be inspected thoroughly and a decision will be made as to the coarse of action to take for the product. All decisions sepid makes at this point are irreversible.

Damages
Because quality is the crux of our business, we will carefully inspect all our products prior to shipment; to make sure that they are in line with our quality standards. Our responsibility ceases after carrier pick-up. Carrier will be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise, while orders are in transit. We will accept liability for erroneous or defective merchandise or misprints.
